There is no single best pachinko seller. The right source depends on whether you want inexpensive marketplace inventory, a professionally restored vintage machine, or a newer Japanese cabinet prepared for international home use.
1. eBay: widest changing inventory
eBay is useful because vintage machines, parts, balls and occasional modern imports all appear in one place. The tradeoff is inconsistent seller expertise. Read the listing as evidence: photos, video, power details, completeness, seller history and shipping plan.

2. A-PACHINKO WORLD: modern Japanese imports
A-PACHINKO WORLD sells pachinko and pachislot machines internationally from Japan. Its current site describes door-to-door international shipping, home-use preparation and English-language support. Read the current seller terms for shipping, voltage conversion and warranty because those details can change.
Affiliate note: A-Pachinko's separate Japanese domestic shop publishes an affiliate program, but we have not confirmed that affiliate tracking applies to purchases on the international A-PACHINKO WORLD storefront. Links here are therefore editorial, not affiliate links.
3. Vintage Pachinko: restored U.S. inventory
Vintage Pachinko sells restored vintage machines and states that its listed machines are restored, functional and sold with shipping terms described on the product pages. It is a useful benchmark for the price difference between a project machine and a machine sold as ready for home display/play.
4. Pachinko Boy
Pachinko Boy specializes in repair and restoration of vintage and early-modern machines, with inventory, used/reproduction parts and accessories. This is the kind of source to check when parts support matters as much as the initial purchase.
5. Magic Pachinko Restorations
Magic Pachinko Restorations offers restoration work, machines for sale and replacement parts/accessories. Specialist restorers can be particularly useful for buyers who would rather pay for labor up front than discover a restoration project after delivery.
6. Other specialist restorers
Scott's Pachinko Restorations and Papa Pachinko both advertise vintage-machine restoration services, and Papa Pachinko also advertises restored/refurbished machines. Availability and service regions change, so contact specialists directly for current terms.
